Data we collect

We may collect identifiers you submit (name, email, optional topic, message content), technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), and cookie preference signals stored under a brand-prefixed key in your browser. Do not send seed phrases or private keys; if you do, we will delete them when we identify them and may warn you not to repeat the disclosure.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, improve educational materials, and meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent (for non-essential cookies), contract performance (when you enroll), legitimate interests (site security and basic analytics when permitted), or legal obligation.

Retention

Contact form records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
