The fifteen-minute ledger ritual
Sunday evenings in Korea often dissolve into messaging threads. The ritual we teach is stubbornly small: open the ledger, skim the week’s approvals, stamp any firmware line still blank, and mark the next rehearsal date. Fifteen minutes is a ceiling, not a badge of honor.
If nothing happened on-device that week, write “quiet week” with the date. Empty silence without a note becomes suspicious silence later.
Pair the ritual with the same physical seat when you can. Context cues beat motivational posters. For templates, start with the topic primer or enroll via contact.
